UK Athletics has announced it will begin the seat selection process for 2015 football season tickets starting Monday, Oct. 6. Current football season ticket holders will be selecting new seat locations online using a Virtual Venue of the new Commonwealth Stadium. Ticket holders will access the selection process through their online ticket account and may select from any available seat locations throughout the stadium.
Current 2014 football season ticket holders are being notified this week by mail and email of their appointment time to select 2015 season tickets. The appointment time represents the earliest time fans can access the system to select their seats, and the order of appointment times is based on K Fund priority rankings as of June 30. There is no time limit, but fans should keep in mind others will be able to select seats as their selection windows open.
Season ticket holders should sign in to their My UK Account before their appointment time opens to make sure their account information is correct, and to ensure they are able to log in successfully. Fans can log in using their Account ID or email address associated with their My UK Account, and their password. There is a forgotten password functionality on the site, or fans can contact the UK Ticket Office for password information.
Fans may only select as many 2015 seats as they currently have for 2014. As the process continues, an updated seat availability chart will be posted at www.TheNewCWS.com/2015-reseating and will be updated each morning, Monday through Thursday. Fans can go to that site to track progress and see how many seats remain in each section as their appointment time nears.

The UK Ticket Office highly encourages fans to select their seats online through My UK Account, as this interactive tool provides the most control in making seat selections. Fans will be able to see exactly what seats are available, along with views from each seat. Selecting online is the easiest and most efficient method. Season ticket holders who are unable to select seats online may select seats over the phone by calling the ticket office at (800) 928-2287 or by visiting the K Fund office in the Joe Craft Center, at or after their appointment time. Also, ticket holders who require accessible seating must make their seat selections over the phone or in person.
If fans have any questions, they should call (800) 928-2287 or (859) 257-1818, or visit the UK Athletics Ticket Office in person at the Joe Craft Center. The ticket office is open Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. ET to 4 p.m. ET. Beginning Oct. 6, the ticket office will also be open for extended hours Monday through Thursday (8:30 a.m. ET to 5:30 p.m. ET) during the seat selection process.
UK Athletics to Host Seat Selection Live Demo After VU Game for Fans: Members of the UK Athletics Ticket Office and K Fund will participate in a town hall meeting after the conclusion of the Vanderbilt game this Saturday to answer any questions from fans about the 2015 football seat selection process.
The event will take place inside the Nutter Field House immediately after the conclusion of the game, so season ticket holders should make their way over once the action ends in Commonwealth. Ticket office staff will go through a brief demonstration of the platform fans will use to select seats online, as well as the options for in-person and over-the-phone selections. At the end of the demonstration, we will open the floor for a question-and-answer session.
