Cats/Arkansas Game To Be On ESPN

Kentucky’s home game vs. Arkansas slated for Thursday, Feb. 27 has officially been selected for live broadcast on ESPN it was announced on Friday.

The game was originally set to air live on either ESPN or ESPN2.


Tip-off is scheduled for 7 p.m. ET in Rupp Arena.


The game between the two squads will mark the second of two regular season matchups this season. The Razorbacks claimed an 87-85 last second overtime victory over the Cats on Jan. 14, in Bud Walton Arena in Fayetteville, Ark.

Freshman Andrew Harrison hit a 3-pointer with less than three seconds left to force overtime and James Young’s 3-pointer at the top of the key tied the game late in the overtime period before the Razorbacks won on the last-second put-back.


Kentucky returns to action on Saturday, Feb. 22 at 4 p.m. ETin Rupp Arena. UK welcomes LSU for the second of two regular season matchups this season between the Cats and Tigers. The game will air live on ESPN.
