Dakari Johnson to announce decision

If I could ever get my computer issues resolved, I might be able to get to these things a little quicker.

As by now im sure everyone knows, the No. 1 center in the class of 2013 and the No. 12 player overall, Dakari Johnson will announce his college decision tonight during halftime of the Cancer Research Classic on ESPNU @ 8pm.

Rumors have been going around this week (thanks to an unnamed college coach) that Dakari to Kentucky was a "done deal". Tonight we will find out if this masked man is correct. Just incase, let's get a little history on Johnson...

Dakari Johnson comes to you from the same high school (St. Patrick High, NJ) as Michael Kidd-Gilchrist. He was once labeled as "the best 14 year old in the country" , and is a 5 star center in the class of 2013. He holds offers from Georgetown, Syracuse, and Kentucky.  If MKG's tweet earlier today "My lil bro is committing today on ESPNU at 8.. Everybody tune in! @dslowmotion22" is any indication, Dakari will be wearing blue next season.

If the rumors hold true, and Dakari does in fact pick the Cats, the No. 1 recruiting class for 2013 just got even better. Then you figure in the possibility of adding a player like Andrew Wiggins, then things just get ridiculous.

So tune on tonight to see if Cal can add another great player to an already insanely good recruiting class.
