Is it just me, or does it seem like it has been months seen Kentucky last bounced a basketball? Well, the wait is over, the Cats will face Cleveland State University Monday night in a game that continues the "Keightley Classic".
Both teams are coming off of a win, Kentucky 105-76 over Texas-Arlington and Cleveland State is coming off of a 87-74 win over Robert Morris. This should be another good match-up for the Cats as Cleveland is a decent three point shooting team and we all know that perimeter defense is something Kentucky needs to improve on tremendously.

SERIES HISTORY:
Tomorrow night marks the second time the Cats and Vikings have ever met. The first meeting came in 2009 during the "Cancun Challenge" where Kentucky won 73-49.
After watching four games, it's obvious that there is a lot for this young Kentucky team to improve on. The good news is, the talent is obviously there and that's something the Cats will have more of than most teams they go up against. The other good news is, the things they need to improve on are things that are easily fixed so there isn't a whole lot for fans to worry about right now. If this was February and they were still having these sort of problems, then I'd be worried, but it's far to early in the season to hit the so-called panic button. Once Calipari and Co. get the wrinkles ironed out, this team is going to be hard to beat….
GOOD NEWS FOR THE DAY…
#3 Louisville falls to #24 North Carolina by a score of 93-84 ending their 21 game winning streak that dated back to last February. So there's that to make your weekend a little better...
