After meeting with some of the nations leader's on capitol hill and presenting Mitch McConnell with a piece of the championship floor, John Calipari took time to take in a Washington Wizard's game tonight.
Calipari had this to say about his visit with John Wall....
" Really enjoyed seeing John Wall back on the court tonight in person. He was really aggressive and tough. He really used his speed for his teammates. He finished with 21 points and nine assists in a win. Also had a chance to spend time with Marcus Camby prior to the game. Great to see one of my old ones and one of my young ones. I'll be at the National Prayer Breakfast in D.C. tomorrow as congressman Hal Rogers' guest. Ill make sure to say a blessing for the Big Blue Nation."
John Wall played a terrific game as he and the Wizards ended the New York Knicks 5 game winning streak. Man, if John only had some help in D.C.
Now to talk about how John Calipari was made for the Kentucky job. This man understand what it means to be the head coach of Kentucky Basketball, he does everything. Every time you turn around, he is representing the Big Blue Nation in a more positive way than even we could dream of.
Keep an eye on the television set, Cal may be on The View or Good Morning America, you can never tell. One thing you can bet on, no matter where he's at, he will always spread the "Big Blue Mist" and represent the state and school in the most positive way possible...
